Dear Kris:

I am writing on behalf of our Homeowner's Association and neighborhood of Cotswold Village. For the sake of others who might read this, I will state that you decorated our Homeowners Association's block party. In previous years we have struggled with attendance for our events. Many people would send their children to the event but rarely would the parents attend themselves.

I am so thankful for your services and your professionalism while handling our event. Because of your beautiful balloon decorations, people came out in droves for our event, including parents! Thank you for making our event a huge success!
